Thanks to Zach Atkins for this cool story: Hey Mike, my girlfriend and I had come home from hunting one day and we were eating breakfast. Ellie happened to look outside and about 200 yards out in the field was this monster. We put our boots back on and snuck out to put the sneak on him. We bellied crawled to about 85 yards from him and she dropped him with one shot from the H&R shotgun. He has tons of character!

My husband and I typically only get a few days to hunt together because of his hunting and filming commitments, but we had aligned our time away from work this fall to give us 6 days. The morning of October 31, he left for work at 3 am and set the alarm for 5:20 so I would be up when he came back at 5:30 am.
